Defective items
We take all possible care to ensure that the goods are not defective in any way prior to being dispatched. We acknowledge however that there will be rare occasions when supplied product may be defective. Manufacturers Warranties cover defective goods against faulty materials or workmanship only. General wear and tear, damage due to incorrect or inappropriate fitting, inappropriate use or operation or use or operation that is outside the manufacturer’s instructions and/or guidelines is not covered.
Most products covered by the manufacturers warranty will contain a warranty card with information on how to obtain technical assistance or make a claim. Please refer to it for warranty terms and conditions, which may vary from product to product.
Where there is a manufacturers warranty card enclosed please follow the instructions on this card to contact the manufacturer for technical assistance or to make a claim.
HPP Group Pty Ltd will not be liable for items returned to us instead of following the Warranty instructions. Goods returned to us may attract a shipping and handling fee for us to onforward goods to the manufacturer. Please take notice of the Warranty terms and conditions with the goods supplied, and follow instructions included for any warranty claims.

Detailed description of the problem
If the warranty is provided by the local distributor or manufacturer, we will provide you with email and telephone contact details of the warranty issuer. We recommend to avoid delays in resolving any warranty matters that you contact the warranty issuer directly. Our suppliers have all been approved for their ability to properly service our customers in the event of a warranty claim, however if you require assistance our customer service team will be glad to step in on your behalf
Items supplied by us in error
We take extreme care to ensure that the product shipped is exactly what was ordered. We acknowledge however that there will be rare occasions when products may be supplied by us in error. We accept the return of such items (HPP Group Pty Ltd to arrange transport) only if they are unopened and in their original condition and correct goods will be supplied.
